The newest installment in the Pokemon franchise is the much-anticipated release of Pokemon Ranger. This new game for the DS handheld system takes players on an all new adventure of capturing and training pokemon. The game is set in a beautiful 3D world and allows players to control their pokemon through use of the stylus on the touch screen. One unique aspect of this game is the ‘capture styler’ which players use to draw circles around pokemon in order to weaken and capture them. This innovative gameplay mechanic makes for a completely different experience than any other Pokemon title released thus far.
